The location was excellent, just a short drive from popular attractions. The room was spacious and clean, providing comfort during my stay. the dining experience could have been better, as the menu felt limited and service was a bit slow. overall pleasant stay but minor discomfort
The warm welcome from the receptionist made our late arrival feel much easier. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having lactose-free milk available, ensuring we could enjoy some tea right away.
The room lacked sufficient lighting for reading comfortably.

Had a great time with friends. Perfect base for exploring Stratford-upon-Avon, especially enjoyed the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The outdoor pool was a fun way to relax after our adventures! Just a tip , breakfast can get busy, so it’s good to plan around peak times.
One downside was that the service in the restaurant felt a bit slow and impersonal, which affected our dining experience. It took a while to get attention from the waitstaff.

peaceful strolls near charming charlecote park and historic churches
I loved taking a short walk to Charlecote Park, just 500 meters away, which offered beautiful scenery and lovely trails. additionally, it was only a quick stroll of less than a 5-minute walk to St Leonard's Church, where I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and rich history of the area.

missingWrote a review on May 31pleasant atmospherehelpful staffcramped seatinginadequate meal preparationslow service
Despite a pleasant atmosphere and charming staff, the stay was marred by various issues. After being seated at a cramped table for three, it took too long to receive the wine list, and meals were inadequately prepared, with overcooked fish and a steak that was not prepared to request. While the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of breakfast were appreciated, the dining experience left much to be desired.
